Please note that we do not provide any done-for-you review services directly. WXScaling cannot capture reviews without provided cooperation and support from the users.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use our platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and agree not to engage in any conduct that violates the rights of others or disrupts the proper functioning of our platform.

11. Eligibility for Promotions

Only businesses with 500 previous client names, emails, and phone numbers saved are eligible for the first 50 reviews free offer.

12. Monthly Subscription Requirement

By subscribing to WXScaling's services, you agree to maintain the monthly subscription fee as specified at the time of signup. This fee is required to keep your services active and accessible.

13. Non-Payment Consequence

If your monthly fee is not paid in full by the due date, WXScaling reserves the right to suspend and ultimately terminate your access. Upon termination, all content, data, and functionality will no longer be accessible

14. SMS, Email Charges

By using WXScaling's services, you agree to pay for any SMS or email charges incurred in connection with review requests sent to your clients. These charges are billed separately and must be paid in full. They're usually only $5/month!

15. Refund, Cancellation, and Dispute Policy

15.1 Refund Policy: WXScaling is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to wael@wxscaling.com within the specified timeframe. After 30 days, refunds will not be issued, but customers can cancel their subscription at any time, and the service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

15.2 Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel their subscription at any time through their WXScaling account dashboard or by contacting wael@wxscaling.com. Upon cancellation, access to WXScaling services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be incurred after cancellation.

15.3: In the event of a payment dispute, contact wael@wxscaling.com. We will work to resolve issues promptly and fairly.

16. Price Changes

WXScaling reserves the right to modify its pricing plans at any time. Customers will be notified in advance of any changes to their subscription fees. Price changes will only apply to future billing cycles and will not affect current subscription periods.
